1. Hope

Your team needs to have hope that they are headed somewhere and doing something worth their time if you want to get the best out of them.

If you can’t cause people to move then you aren’t leading anything. Have a story to tell, and tell it well and consistently.

A recent study of how people interact with mobile apps shows that only about 16% of people will retry a failing app more than twice.

If an app malfunctions on its first time being opened most people simply delete the app and move on. Most likely there are other apps that can do what that app does and they may work better.

Here are 4 reasons they found on why people delete apps after their first try:

  1. Things are weird

  2. It takes too long

  3. It’s not clear what is going on

  4. There is no clear purpose

Unfortunately this can often be the same reasons people walking into churches today do not return for a second visit.
